Try these three simple but delicious meals this week.
Sweet Chilli Glazed Pork.
Marinate pork cutlets in a mixture of Relish the Barossa Sweet Chilli Sauce, soy sauce and lime juice for 30 minutes – 2 hours. Grill pork until just slightly pink. Serve with rice and steamed Asian greens.
Sweet Chilli Meatballs.
Combine minced lamb (or beef) breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, salt and pepper and roll into meatballs. Bake in an oven until golden, then toss in Relish the Barossa Sweet Chilli Sauce to coat. Serve with rice and your favourite veg.
Sweet Chilli Veg Skewers.
A delicious main or side to a protein of your choice
Thread chunky cut veg onto skewers (try capsicum, zucchini, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes). Brush with Relish the Barossa Sweet Chilli Sauce and grill until veg are tender and slightly charred.
